Where can I see my order status?
Easily track your order after purchase regardless of the shipping location. Download the Shop app to track all of your orders placed through Shopify.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver within the continental US within 1-3 days. Overnight shipping and gift wrapping is available on domestic orders. International shipping is available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to continental Europe, North America, and Brazil via DHL.
Payment & Orders
Do you offer refunds?
All order can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked. Contact our support team to issue a refund.
Do you offer gift wraping?
Yes! Let us know through the Order Notes in the Cart if you have any special requests like gift wrapping.
Is your packaging sustainable?
All of our packaging and bottles themselves are biodegradable so be sure to dispose of them properly! We also donate 1% of our profits to the ATC Foundation to support rebuilding forests worldwide.
Product Care
What is your warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I take care of my new clothing?
For most of our products the best advice is to machine wash cold with gentle detergents and hang dry. Always follow the instructions on your clothing label.
